St. John's Junior Caps move back into 3rd place in the Mary Brown’s St. John’s Junior Hockey League with two wins this past weekend, and go 4 for 5 in January. On Saturday night, the Junior Caps faced off against the Mt. Pearl Jr. Blades and notched an overtime 5-4 win. Michael Williams netted 2 goals in the effort with Kyle McGrath picking up the overtime winner. On Sunday, the Junior Caps played the Northeast Junior Eagles. Devon Parsons earned shutout honours in the 5-0 decision. Next Saturday, the Caps take on the Avalon Capitals in their first trip to Goulds Arena for the year
